Rohit's cottage is located at Kanyal Road, one of the highest points in Manali just 3 kms from the main Mall Road, overlooking the beautiful Rohtang range and surrounded by apple orchards.

Rohit's homestay is 10 minutes away from the Heart of Manali and is a perfect place to stay for your next vacation in Manali. The property has a total of 9 rooms with attached toilets (3 rooms on each floor, i.e., ground, first and second).

Here people can experience the real manali, nestled among apple orchards with breathtaking views from all sides and a serene tranquil environment.Manu & Rohit are proud to carry the legacy of their grandparents who were running the hotel business in 1970's and now the grand children are running it with same passion and committed approach.

This beautifully situated cottage stands alone in all its glory surrounded by snow clad mountains, valleys and no other construction within close proximity. Breathtaking views of the Himalayas on all sides and an apple orchard within the property got us so excited that all the fatigue from the drive was already over. You can park your cars right inside the premises in the resorts private parking lot (big PLUS when you're in the hills).

The Manali Mall road is a mere 10 minutes drive. You can ask your hosts to organise a cab for you or else there are auto rickshaws available from the main road. Just a word of caution for those addicted to crowded places,  the market is NOT at a walk able distance from this property, so if you want to stay right in the midst of action that this is not the place for you.
